Running recovery routine

Training for long distances? Consider your recovery routine your secret weapon. I have never been a runner, at least not a long distance one, so it’s hard for me to understand the psyche behind those who run nearly every day. I hear them say it’s addictive, invigorating or “there’s nothing like it.” Yet as a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I can easily wrap my head around these con- cepts.
