1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 large frozen ripe banana, diced 1 tsp flax seeds
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄2 cup skim milk
1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Add everything to a blender and pu- ree until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
